Business Analyst

Qualities for Success:
- 2+ years of benefits experience preferred but not required
- Technologically proficient
- Strong Excel skills, including but not limited to:
- Complex cell formulas
- vLookups, data sorting, and filtering
- Pivot table generation and reporting
- Strong Excel skills, including but not limited to:
- Dedicated to your work with a commitment to produce our best product
- Strong analytical skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and oral
- Interpersonal skills and a commitment to building relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or similar curriculum preferred but not required
This position will involve you working closely with the team to produce claims analyses, market and evaluate proposals, and prepare presentations for current and prospective clients. You will work directly with the team to assess strategic initiatives and provide process improvement opportunities for clients.
